अभिनेता यशपाल शर्मा की फिल्म 'छिपकली' शुक्रवार को अपने तय दिन के हिसाब से सिनेमाघरों तक नहीं पहुंच सकी। दिन भर चली मशक्कत के बाद भी फिल्म के निर्माताओं और इस फिल्म की कहानी पर अपना दावा करने वालों के बीच समझौता नहीं हो सका। अब इस पूरे मसले पर फिल्म के वितरक, निर्माता और कहानी के दावेदारों के बीच शनिवार को अगले दौर की बातचीत फिल्म का एक स्पेशल शो आयोजित करने के बाद होगी।

शुक्रवार की शाम तक जब फिल्म 'छिपकली' सिनेमा हाल तक नहीं पहुंची तो ‘अमर उजाला’ ने इस बारे में फिर से फिल्म के वितरक संदीप विश्वकर्मा ने बात की। उन्होंने बताया, 'इस मुद्दे पर हमारा अपने टीम के साथ विचार विमर्श चल रहा है लेकिन अभी किसी नतीजे पर नहीं पहुंचे हैं।' शुक्रवार सुबह बातचीत के दौरान फिल्म के वितरक ने बताया था कि उन्होंने 'छिपकली' फिल्म के निर्माता और निर्देशक को इस बात की सलाह दी कि लेखक अफजल शेख रिजवी के साथ बातचीत से इस विवाद को निपटा ले ताकि फिल्म को रिलीज किया जा सके।

लेखक अफजल शेख रिजवी का कहना है कि इस मुद्दे पर फिल्म 'छिपकली' के लेखक- निर्देशक कौशिक कर ने उनसे बात की है और शनिवार सुबह ये फिल्म उनको दिखाने का वादा भी किया है। वहीं फिल्म के निर्देशक कौशिक कर का कहना है कि फिल्म के कहानी की समानता महज एक इत्तेफाक हो सकता है और इसका मूल कहानी से कुछ भी लेना नहीं है।

लेखक अफजल शेख रिजवी मानते हैं कि कॉपीराइट एक्ट में इत्तेफाक नहीं चलता है। शनिवार  सुबह कौशिक कर ने फिल्म दिखाने की बात तो कही है लेकिन अभी तक उनका फोन नहीं आया कि शनिवार सुबह कितने बजे और कहां पर फिल्म दिखाएंगे। इस फिल्म को लेकर कुर्ला कोर्ट में सोमवार को पेशी है। अफजल के मुताबिक फिल्म देखने के बाद अपनी बात कोर्ट में रखने में उनके लिए आसानी होगी।

बता दें कि  लेखक अफजल शेख रिजवी ने फिल्म  फिल्म 'छिपकली' को लेकर  मुंबई के कुर्ला कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की है कि फिल्म 'छिपकली' उनकी  कहानी  'ब्लैक्स' पर आधारित है, यह कहानी उनकी नावेल फलक तलक द गॉड इज डेड में प्रकाशित हुई है और यह नावेल इन दिनों  सरेआम हर जगह बिक रही है। इस केस की सुनवाई सोमवार को कुर्ला कोर्ट में होगी।
